Data Processing Agreement
Last updated: July 2026. This DPA describes how Travix Cloud processes customer personal data.
Roles and instructions
The customer is the data controller or business and Travix Cloud is the processor or service provider for personal data submitted to the platform. We process that data only to provide the service, follow documented instructions, and meet legal obligations.
Security and confidentiality
We apply access controls, tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, backups, and confidentiality obligations appropriate to the risk. We notify affected customers of confirmed personal-data breaches without undue delay.
Sub-processors, transfers, and deletion
We may use the listed sub-processors to deliver the service and remain responsible for their processing obligations. Where required, international transfers use appropriate contractual safeguards. At termination, customers may export data before deletion under the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
