Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Travix, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Travix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

Travix provides cloud-based accounting and travel ERP software. Features available to your account depend on your subscription plan. We may update features and pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Free trials convert to paid plans only if you choose to subscribe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. See our pricing page for plan details.

Limitation of liability

Travix is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
