What is included in the free trial?

The 14-day trial gives you full access to your selected plan's features — no credit card required. You can create vouchers, run reports, and invite team members. Trial data carries over once you subscribe.

Can I import existing data?

Do I need technical expertise to set up Travix Cloud?

Not at all. Onboarding walks you through company profile, fiscal year, base currency (PKR by default), and chart of accounts. Travel modules can wait until your team's ready for them.

Major credit cards and bank transfers for annual Enterprise contracts. Invoicing with NET-30 terms is available for Enterprise customers on request.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing charges one payment upfront at a lower effective monthly rate than paying month to month. You can switch to annual billing from subscription settings anytime — downgrades to monthly kick in at the next renewal.

What happens when I hit my voucher limit?

You get notified at 80% and 100% of your monthly voucher allowance. Posted vouchers beyond the limit get blocked until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts. Draft vouchers are never blocked.

Can I get a refund on my subscription?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, with access through the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions aren't refundable after 30 days, but you keep access through the period you paid for.

How is my data isolated from other customers?

Every database table includes a tenant ID, and middleware, repository queries, and authorization guards all enforce tenant scoping on every request. Cross-tenant access is architecturally prevented, not just discouraged.

Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+, and data at rest uses AES-256. Database backups are encrypted too, and stored in geographically separate regions.

Airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa processing, and travel insurance — plus Umrah packages in the service items catalog. Each service type has its own dedicated line-item fields: PNR, hotel nights, visa category, passenger names, commission splits.

How do refunds work?

Refunds create reversal entries linked to the original invoice. Full, partial, and item-level refunds are all supported, and customer ledger, vendor ledger, and AR balances update automatically the moment you post.

Yes. Set commission rules per service type and agent, and commission reports show accrued and paid amounts by period, agent, and service category.

What is the daybook?

It's a chronological log of daily cash and bank transactions — receipts, payments, transfers. Separate cashbook and bankbook views give front-desk staff a real-time position without digging through full accounting screens.

Do I need the Professional plan for travel features?

You do. Travel invoices, sub-ledgers, refunds, commission tracking, daybook, and ledger reconciliation all need Professional or above. Starter is general accounting only, and you can upgrade whenever you're ready.

How does ledger reconciliation work?

Upload a counterparty statement — customer AR, vendor AP, or a bank account — as CSV or Excel. Map columns to canonical fields, then run the matching engine against your GL sub-ledger. Review matched, drifted, and orphan lines, match or unmatch manually, and export a CSV diff if you need one.
