How do I sign up for Travix?

What is included in the free trial?

The 14-day trial includes full access to your selected plan features — no credit card required. You can create vouchers, run reports, and invite team members. Trial data carries over when you subscribe.

Can I import existing data?

Yes. Import customers, vendors, chart of accounts, and opening balances via CSV. Enterprise customers can request guided migration assistance. QuickBooks direct import is on our integrations roadmap.

Do I need technical expertise to set up Travix?

No. Onboarding walks you through company profile, fiscal year, base currency (PKR by default), and chart of accounts. Travel modules can be enabled later from settings when your team is ready.

Can I invite my team during the trial?

Yes. Invite users and assign roles during the trial period. Access Management includes 13 system role templates — owner, accountant, sales, branch manager, and more. Custom roles and permission templates are available on all plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for annual Enterprise contracts. Invoicing with NET-30 terms is available for Enterprise customers on request.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing charges one payment upfront at a 20% discount compared to monthly. You can switch to annual billing from subscription settings at any time. Downgrades to monthly apply at the next renewal.

What happens when I hit my voucher limit?

You receive notifications at 80% and 100% of your monthly voucher allowance. Posted vouchers beyond the limit are blocked until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins. Draft vouchers are never blocked.

Can I get a refund on my subscription?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with access through the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days, but you retain access through the paid period.

How is my data isolated from other customers?

Every database table includes a tenant ID. Middleware, repository queries, and authorization guards enforce tenant scoping on every request. Cross-tenant access is architecturally prevented.

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Database backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separate regions.

Airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa processing, and travel insurance — with umrah packages in the service items catalog. Each service type has dedicated line-item fields: PNR, hotel nights, visa category, passenger names, and commission splits.

How do refunds work?

Refunds create reversal entries linked to the original invoice. Full, partial, and item-level refunds are supported. Customer ledger, vendor ledger, and AR balances update automatically on posting.

Yes. Commission rules can be configured per service type and agent. Commission reports show accrued and paid commissions by period, agent, and service category.

Yes. Travel invoices, sub-ledgers, refunds, commission tracking, daybook, and ledger reconciliation require the Professional plan or above. Starter includes general accounting only. You can upgrade at any time.

How does ledger reconciliation work?

Upload a counterparty statement — customer AR, vendor AP, or bank account — as CSV or Excel. Map columns to canonical fields, then run the matching engine against your GL sub-ledger. Review matched, drifted, and orphan lines; manually match or unmatch; export a CSV diff.
