Return & Refund Policy

Free trial

Eligible new customers receive a 14-day free trial. A trial does not become a paid subscription unless the customer chooses a paid plan.

30-day money-back guarantee

A first paid subscription may be refunded when requested within 30 calendar days of the initial payment. Renewal charges, usage-based charges, custom implementation work, and previously refunded accounts are not eligible unless required by law.

Cancellation and processing

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the paid period. Refund requests should include the account email and payment reference and be sent to support@travixcloud.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
