Service Delivery Policy
Last updated: July 2026. Travix Cloud is delivered electronically as a hosted software service.
Electronic delivery
No physical goods are shipped. Access is provisioned electronically after account registration and, for paid features, successful payment confirmation.
Availability and onboarding
Customers receive access through app.travixcloud.com. Standard accounts are normally available immediately. Enterprise configuration, migration, training, or custom integrations follow the timeline agreed in the applicable order form.
Support and service changes
Support is delivered by email, WhatsApp, and scheduled meetings according to the selected plan. Planned maintenance and material service changes will be communicated when reasonably practicable.
