What ships by default
Every new tenant gets a default chart of accounts with 6-digit ERP-style codes and travel-agency system ledgers already configured. You are not starting from a blank account tree.
Hierarchy and account types
Accounts are organized in a parent-child hierarchy; child accounts inherit type (asset, liability, equity, revenue, expense) from their parent. Codes are auto-generated when you add a new account, keeping the numbering consistent.
Locking accounts
Lock or deactivate an account to prevent further postings — useful when consolidating similar accounts or closing out a discontinued cost center without deleting its history.
