What can be imported today
Travix Cloud supports bulk import for Customers, Vendors, and Chart of Accounts through downloadable CSV templates plus a bulk-ingest API endpoint. There's no in-app column-mapping wizard for this data — that guided mapping experience is specifically for Ledger Reconciliation, which imports transaction lines from a bank or counterparty statement, not master data.
How the import actually works
Download the CSV template for whatever entity you're importing, fill it in following the documented columns, and submit it through the API. Each row gets validated server-side — an invalid row returns a specific error instead of quietly failing the whole batch.
Migrating from QuickBooks, Xero, or spreadsheets
Export customers, vendors, and opening balances from your current system and map them to the Travix Cloud templates. Enterprise customers can work with our team on a guided migration for larger datasets.
